Then, we craft 2–3 tailored floor plan options, complete with a mood board and 3D schemes to help you visualize the potential of your space. You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback, and we’ll refine the design together until it feels just right.

We start with a personal meeting to get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. During this conversation, we’ll walk you through how the process is structured — including stages of work, payment schedule, and responsibilities. We’ll also show examples of our drawings so you can see the level of detail and quality you can expect. If you decide to move forward with us, we’ll send over a draft of the contract for review along with a detailed questionnaire to learn more about your lifestyle, preferences, and vision for the space.

The next step is an on-site visit: we take measurements, get familiar with the space, and finalize the contract. For remote clients, we provide a step-by-step guide for self-measuring or help you find a local specialist.

From there, we begin developing floor plan options — typically at least two, and often more if we see exciting potential. Each version is thoughtfully different to help you explore the full range of possibilities for your space.

Next, we create a personalized mood board that captures the atmosphere and character of your future interior — the emotional starting point for your project. This leads into the design stage, where we develop visuals in the format that suits you best: concept collages, 3D schemes, and/or realistic renders. All options are based on your preferences and help you fully envision your future space. We only include furniture and materials that can be sourced within your budget and timeframe, ensuring your project is achievable, not just beautiful.

We pay special attention to the kitchen — offering multiple layout options to find the one that works best for your lifestyle.

Together, we’ll select key finishing materials such as tiles, flooring, wallpaper, and sanitaryware — ideally during up to three joint visits to showrooms. These selections will be included in the final documentation with accurate specifications and dimensions.

Finally, you receive a full set of detailed working drawings: layouts, lighting scenarios, socket and switch plans, furniture placement, and more — everything needed to bring your project to life with precision and confidence.
